i am having videocon D2H connection consumer id 48252671.I am having a viewing problem for last few days and when i complain online they where not able to clear it and now they are asking money for sending service agent and the online agent is arguing with me when i tell i will put matter on consumer court. As i am taken a connection paying money and paying monthly charge its my right to get it serviced I believe, what should i do
