Respected Sir
I have bought a Dell 3550(service tag: 15NPWQ1) on 31 July 2012 from a registered Dell dealer with 1 year on-site warranty. My laptop is not working from past 1 month but still I'm not getting any help from Dell.
As per dell support centre my warranty has expired. I have contacted to the dealer he provides me distributors invoice of dated 30 May 2012, still the Dell is not ready to update my warrenty status.
Dell is blaming the distributor & distributor is blaming Dell, I'm suffering from past 1 month even they are not responding to my mails now.
My invoice copy & dealers invoice is attached with this complaint.Please help me in this issue.
