I have recharged Videocon D2h subscription through http://www.videocond2h.com but its not reflecting in my correct account and its is being credited to another account which is hsowing as inactive and showing my same name .I have already already called customer support and they ahve registered the complaint 149872680 and mentioned the amount will be credited to my correct account with in 24 hrs and nothing happend again i called them they have logged another complaint under number 150131825 and no action has been taken and again keep on creating the complaint numbers and no resolution till now. Please find the attached payment details.
