I applied for Tata Docomo Photon Plus disconnection after facing speed issues in the Jakksandra area of Bangalore since taking the connection, this was done on 22nd Dec 2012 (SR# 341166299), however, on 30th Dec 2012 I was informed that my connection is still active with a change of plan (SR# 34277323) without my consent. I reapplied for disconnection on 30th Dec 2012 (SR# 342501415) itself which was again acknowledged by customer service at 18003001111 and was informed that my connection would deactivated dated 23rd Dec 2012 and refunded the prorated bill. However, again on 12th Jan 2013 I received a message that (SR# 344331350) again without my consent to check on the speed issue. Hence, the connection has not been closed as of now since 22nd Dec 2012. I have had to call the Tata Docomo customer service around 5 times spending an average of 15mins on call plus the added mental harassment. I am having to pay the complete bill for Dec 2012 and would have to pay for Jan as well if the service is not disconnected. This is gross cheating on part of the company especially the false records in their system to retain a customer. Finally I want the following:
1. Disconnection of the service and refund of the Photon Plus device money.
2. Compensation of INR 50,000 for the calls made and mental harassment for 20 days.
