Hello team

I have submitted my Videocon TV kit to this company before 1 month, i received television after long patience, recieved kit, but It did not work for even half-n hour, when we tried to power-on, it did not work, there was no current in TV.T.V. is dead.
We are teased a lot/troubled a lot. We tried a lot to talk, Hours i spend in attempt to talk with who can hear me. Nobody picks phone on company no. We are waiting from a month for man who will come to rectify/repair it.
Please do the needful soon/repair it ASAP.
