Complaint Details
I own a Ken Star Food Processor- Karishma, .Model no.-MF0808; Sl. No.-181108004585, P&K-004585.

I had purchased the same Bharat Electronics, Bhubaneswar, Orissa on 16/01/2009.

The motor of the Food Processor was getting heated up and was emitting smoke whenever was in use.

We had given the complain for servicing at the service centre at the authorized service centre at Bhubaneswar during the warranty period 2009, and again in 2010 and 2011. But it till date the problem has not been rectified.

The service centre at Bhubaneswar has the full details of the complain but have not been able to rectify the same.

Kenstar is carrying a huge brand name but if they do not service then we do have a problem in buying the product!!!
