Sir,
Airtel representative Mr. Manoj Jha (7987533658) of airtel shop mubarak market sipri bazar jhansi, offered a airtel's railway postpaid bill plan for my airtel prepaid no. 8953168042. so i opted this migration and filled CAF with docs/took a postpaid connection from him on 12.3.14. After address/document verification by Airtel field officer Mr. Bhalendu Shukla, order no. 152577291 was generated on 19.3.14. for 8953168042 for my applied railway bill plan. But my postpaid sim/connection 8953168042 is not activated till date. My prepaid 8953168042 sim got network till 18th April and my postpaid 8953168042 sim did not get any network till date so Tele-Verification couldn't be possible, however my document/address verification is found positive and showing/available in the airtel's system confirmed by Mr. Ashish @ ISPA Airtel Relationship Centre Jhansi on 23.4.14. Airtel unregistered my prepaid 8953168042 on 19th April and doesn't provide network on my postpaid sim. In every manner airtel discontinued services on my 8953168042 without any of my fault.
Sir, after several requests/email/complaints(no. 56192677) to airtel and its nodal/appellate officer, airtel failed to resolve my problem. Neither airtel take up the negligence at its end nor concerned to solve my problem. I am mentally harassed by Airtel for more than one and half month. It is requested to take up Airtel for the same and arrange to migrate and activate 8953168042 into applied postpaid bill plan.
