Complaint Details
Complaint against The Hindu Newspaper for their behaviour- order not delivered as yet.
1) Book Ordered on 22 April,2014 : payment done on the spot
2) Payment confirmed by the Hindu on 24 April,2014
3) I Mailed to The hindu confirming about the delivery of my said order on 30th April,2014
4) I got a mail from Citrus pay – the payment gateway on Hindu website through which I paid the money
5) Again, I got a mail from Citrus pay that my ticket has been resolved from their side, if I wish I can complain again. But they also said that it is only from the The Hindu side that delivery is to be done and they guided me to contact the Hindu directly on 6th May,2014
6) I called the head quarters in Chennai to enquire about the same. One lady talked to me and asked me to forward her the payment receipt on the e-mail id - cirpublns@thehindu.co.in on 7th May,2014 and promised to solve the issue in 2-3 days
7) But still I didn’t get any call or e-mail about my order after which I again mailed them on 15th May,2014
8) And now, it has been around 1 month that I haven’t got my order.
