Complaint Details
Requested to change the plan from higher rate to Lower rate plan on Dec 10th, after that did the same request 3 more times. They did not changed the plan. Finally they came for payment for next months, which I paid to lower rate plan. After the payment, they are asking to pay the balance for higher rate plan, And when fighted for some time, they are asking me again some tome to change the plan ( after taking the payment?). How far it is acceptable to suspend customer account after making the payment and forcing the customer to higher end plan.
