Comments: we had purchased a kolu 7 stpe triple stand with you in september 2013. but the stand is not easy to fix by an individual as shown in the video and demostrated by your sales person. this is not good and we had to pay 800 rs to fix and dismantel the stand. i want this to be taken up and refund the amount paid and take back the product. if not i will have to go to the consumer court for ineffiency in service

Please note that after the above mail, I have no t received any response from your end on the complaint lodged by me. THis is a very bad part on the front of Giri trading. Please note that If I do not get a reply from you regarding return of the Kolu Padi, I would be forced to lodge a complaint with the consumer court for deficiency in service and wrong information provided during the selling of the product which is not user friendly and was sold as user friendly fixing ability. Please note that the product was purchase last september (2013), I dont not have the bill with me.

Happy Afternoon!

I have for reference your email sent in April 2014 for a product purchased in September 2013 from one of our Branches.
I handle this business for the organization. Since I was touring without access to business mails, and also because it was concerning a customer complaint, your mail awaited my attention immediately on my return.

At the outset we are sorry to know that you had some challenges which you could not solve yourself and had to engage a 3rd party on payment basis. We trust we could have guided you better if the problem was informed to us at the time of assembly so that someone in your family could have managed the same. As a customer we value your candid feedback and really empathize with your inconvenience.

We would like to inform you this product's utility was tested as a game by school going children of class VI and above prior to launching it as a marketable product about 3 years back. The demo was also put on YouTube for the facility of our international customers. Till the receipt of your mail we had only received many appreciation letters without soliciting for the same, after the last festive season. Your mail actually has burst our happiness balloon this year.
All the above information is not out of defense.

During the Navarathri season, a number of customers had to be sent back because the golupadis were sold out . If you had returned at that time itself, we could have exchanged the product for other items .

We are really unable to consider refund of money for a product which had already been put to use 8 months back.
At best, we could send our representative to your place to train one or two persons to assemble and disassemble the product.
Kindly give us one week's notice before end June, for sending our representative. Kindly also note that during season time we will not be able to send our staff due to pressure of work.

For record purpose and to analyse how best we could extend our help to you please forward a zerox of our bill given to you at the time of purchase
