Complaint Details
This IOC Petrol pump cheats every time. Being only petrol pump near to Noida with Delhi rates, people have to come to them also i am Citibank credit card holder and they are the only vendor with its receipt machine bounds me to get the petrol from them. For every 3 ltrs of petrol they always cheats with 1ltr & half. If you ask for less amount they do it with different machine and for 3-4 ltrs & more they put you on automatic one. On complaining with staff you will get such a harsh response that you'll have to step aside. I asked then to measure it infront of me, they asked me to wait till petrol pump finished with the day otherwise leave.
Please help.
