Dear Sir
I had brought a Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro 18552 on 26th Feb 2014 from Alif Mobiles,Selex Mall,Thrissur.Now with the compliant of larger battery charging time and access of play store via Wi-Fi when all other app viz Facebook,Whats up,YouTube,G mail working on wi-fi only play store cannot be accessed i had earlier visited your service center at Thrissur(Kerala) they didnt give any proper solution.I had registered compliant in your site but after 24hrs no proper solution came to me.
What should i do?
