Purchased lg google nexus 4 in aug 2013.The phone is defective as a part of the touch screen simply does not respond.
defect showed up after the most recent update to android kitkat(automatic updates being a feature of the google nexus 4).The defect is common amongst lg nexus 4 phones as a simple google search will reveal.Contacted lg and was disappointed with the lack of concern on the part of lg not to mention the shameful customer service.I was advised that the service will be charged as i do not possess the bill of purchase.The phone is still under warranty,i possess the box and all of its contents,the reason i do not have the bill is because the phone was a gift.Since this is a known defect amongst lg nexus 4 mobiles i strongly feel the company needs to take responsibility for their product.
