Complaint Details
I have subscribed to the Holiday Package for Awesome Holidays by Paying 60000/- for 5+2 Years membership, which will provide me 6N/7D Holidays per year. Along with the membership, I was also provided a written assurance that I will be given 4 Air Tickets FREE. When I am redeeming the same, they are not responding and my journey is on 23rd May and I am yet to get the ticket which ideally was promised to be given to me by 16th May. This si a FRAUD company and they are not picking up the phones even.
