First of all it takes atleast 10 mins to get connected to an executive. Each such executive is acting foolish, not sure if they really are. Order not fulfilled till date.
Customer care is informing me different reasons each time I call. First when I called they said "order is in process", then when I called they said "Order is dispatched", after few days when I called they said "Order is ready to be dispatched", after few days they responded saying address is not complete, then when I called today first call they said "stock not available" and in the afternoon they said "they are sending it soon". Which one should I believe? Of-late, they are not picking up the calls, after about 8-9 mins, a silence is what is heard.
The executives had earlier given mobile number of two seniors, which is till date switched-off:
