Sub: Notice For the Refund Of Admission Fee Deposited For Session 2014 – 2015.

Sir,

Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Darshan Kumar Mittal S/o Sh. Shamer Chand Mittal, R/O Street Number 1. Patiala Gate, Nabha. I do hereby Serve upon you the following notice:

1. That my client’s daughter Charika Mittal D/o Darshan Mittal had taken admission in +1 Commerce Class in your School on 11-04-2014.

2. That total fees amounting Rupee Fourteen Thousand and Six Hundred Only i.e Rs. 14,600/- was paid by my client on receipt no. 5184, dated 11th April, 2014.

3. That Details of total amount were as follows:
1. Receipt Amount :Rs 14,100/-
2. Prospectus Fee :Rs 500/-
Total :Rs 14,600/-

4. That my client had approached the School authorities himself & through mails number of times for the refund of above mentioned amount of admission fees But the School authorities had not ever respond to such mails & even not attended my client appropriately and Refused to Refund any amount of admission fees. This Refusal is unethical and against the guidelines of CBSE, Delhi.

5. That my client’s daughter got admitted in the nearby government school as your school was far away from the residence of my client and it was difficult to travel daily for such a long distance.

6. That my Client’s daughter had not attended any classes at your school since her admission and your school had been informed about her withdrawal from the school immediately after her admission to new school.

7. That my client’s daughter is no longer the student of your school, so it is requested you for refund the above stated fees paid to your school.

I, therefore, on behalf of my client hereby call upon you the notice, to make the payment of above mentioned admission fees with interest within the period of fifteen days from the receipt of this legal notice, failing which my client shall be constrained to file a complaint against you in the court of law and in that eventually you shall be held liable for all the costs and its Consequences.

Carbon copy retained in my office as record and for further legal action.

Copy sent to Chairman, Central Board of Secondary Education Head Office- “Shiksha Kendra”, 2, Community Center, Preet Vihar, Delhi- 110092
