Complaint Details
Order No-7553286,Complain No-2141. I had not received replacement of defective product , Rediff shopping had promised to replace the product with in 7-10 days ,one and half month has already elapsed after returning the product to the vendor but i was given only reimbursement of courier charges (of product returning) of Rs.60 only ,I am not receiving the product while I had returned the product to the vendor and I had made payment for the product.I am wasting lot of money and time on communicating with Rediff Shopping,But they are continuously making false promise that I will receive replacement within 3 to 4 days.
