I placed on order on 4th Nov 2012 and cancelled the order on Nov 30th 2012. kaunsa.com has still not issued the refund. It has been more than 40 days still the refund has not been completed. kaunsa.com said that they had first completed the refund on 4th Jan 2013. Now they say the refund process failed and they are again issuing the refund. kaunsa.com website is no longer functional, it says the domain name has expired.
