Complaint Details
1) Timberland store at Phoenix sold me a defective shoe. Right show smaller than left show.
2) Timberland indulged in billing malpractice. The bill was generated in someone elses name.
3) Timberlad has not sent me even one e-mail and I ahve been following up for more than a year now with them. Ms. Aditi is the person responsible.

They finally decided the shoe is fine without physically inspecting it. They claim their research team says it is fine. How is that possible if the shoe is still with me.
