Dear sir,
I purchased H.P. pen drive (v-250w 8GB steel ) on June 11 2012 from flipkart.com. Flipkart gives 2 years replacement warranty . But after 1 year pen drive unable to work properly. After that I phoned many times to the flipkart customer care during that time but either they don't receive my call or did not give me a proper responce. I am not satisfied with your after sell services. This is not the way you run your company without providing service to them customer. I been to H.P. service centre witch you provided me and they refused me by saying they are not responsible for this product service and you have worng information about service center. You wasted my valuable time in all this processes. I just want you to help me because if I don't get relief from your side I have to go to legal procedure where consumer court will help me . please reply me as soon as possible I am waiting for your answer.
