Complaint Details
I had ordered kurti 11th April 2014 . Return request was initiated the same day I received it i.e on 24th April because the item was of poor quality and Paytm advised that they will arrange for a pick up, i got no response from any courier and there was no response from Paytm either until I asked them for an update twice on the pickup.And on finally on 9th May they asked me to courier it to the Merchant and paytm shall refund full amount + courier charge. they further delayed by not giving me the merchant details until14th May. The item has reached the merchant on 17th May, and i have no response from Paytm's end on refund status. I don't even get a reply for my mails. Kindly look into the situation and assist me.
