Hi,

A booking amount of Rs 1 lakh for "Concorde Sunnyvale" a Villa project was taking from me stating that the project is a Concorde group project. Also an agreement copy of similar project "Concorde Cupertino" was shared to me showing that the project belongs to Concorde construction Pvt Ltd at the time of booking.But after the booking amount was paid while making the agreement there was no mention of Concorde Construction Pvt Ltd in the agreement. Instead it was mentioned that the project is being executed by MS shelters and only the marketing was done by Concorde Sylvan View .

The sales person Vikram Nanchappa had collected the booking money for Concorde Sunnyvalle villa project stating that it is a Concorde project and when agreement was made it is mentioned that only the marketing is by Concorde Sylvan view.

I am not interesting in going ahead with the project because I feel I have been cheated using a wrong brand name and the project has been priced high by showing the wrong association . I am also not sure about their ability to execute the project on time.

I have asked for a refund money of Rs 1 lakh that I had paid for booking the villa assuming that it is a Concorde project , they have not yet returned the same to me.

Please do advice the next steps.
