Complaint Details
We had booked parcel to be delivered to Noida on 20th of December. Even after several follow up on email and telephone, the docket number was blocked and status was not known. Recently the docket was released and a promised delivery date was given as 12th Jan 2013. In spite of the promised delivery, it is yet to be made. The goods were to reach my customer on priority and yet there seems no response to my repeated email requests. It is now almost a month and the goods are untraceable.
