Ebay had a promotion for diwali which said that if you total purchases in Oct crossed 50,000 you will be eligible for a free gift. I purcahsed a Mobile phone and a laptop with the Paisa Pay ID 32459448025 and 32446168135. The total purchase of these 2 items crossed 50,000 Rs. On the 26th of November I logged into the Link provided by Ebay to redeem my gift. I was able to select the Samsung Y Duos phone as promised however I was not able to confirm the gift. I called ebay support and they told me that there is an issue with link and asked me to try after some time. I tried and tried not for some time but for several days but had the same issue. I tried every day untill the 18th Dec 2012 when the link was removed and I was unsucessfull in confirming my Gift. On the 18th When I spoke to the support team they said dont worry and some one from their promotions team will be contacting me to redeem my gift. Till date I havent receved any call and today when I call thier support team they say the redemption link has expired on the 18th Dec and now you will not be able to redeem your gift. I need a resolution for this. I feel I am being cheated by ebay.
