Dear Sir
With lot of hope and expectation I purchased a LLOYD SPLIT AC 1.5 ton 3 star FLS19A3C on 3.4.2012 from Trishul trading Co.Haridwar. Since the purchased date my AC was not giving satisfactory
cooling .On my complaint initially local service engineer tried to
evade the problem saying it is due to low voltage ,I was forced to put two
stabilizer in my line ,my complaint was not resolved .I complaint
many times service engineer used to come & every time changed some
part but they were not able to solve the problem.later they called
some engineer from company he said system has some other problem .He tried to rectify the problem. 9
month have passed still my AC is not working properly some times
display problem, some time swing problem, some times cooling
problem.Now since after lot of complaint my AC is not working i
requested to change my defective AC .
