Complaint Details
My wife and I were scheduled to Fly AI 342 from Mumbai to Singapore on the morning of 2nd January at 00:10hours. Air India arbitrarily delayed the flight at 00:00hrs citing unavailability of operational crew. The flight was delayed by over 24hours. Air India made arrangements for a hotel and transport to/back to the airport. They have agreed to providing a refund although they have advised a 3 week timeframe for this.

However, they have not provided any compensation for the delay even though it was over 4hours. They have not provided any mechanism to file a compensation claim.
