Dear Sir
This is in pursuit of my Tkiona plan I had changed in Feb 2012 to Quarterly unlimited plan of 750KBPS at Rs1499/-. And there should be no due as the plan change amount of Rs1130/- was paid on 16th feb 12 as guided by your executive. After making the payment I was asked to call back customer care which I did for confirming the plan change. Your Customer care executive had confirmed change of plan on the same call.
Please find the payment details as given below.
03rd Dec 2012 connection was terminated by Tikona.
11th Dec 2012 your executive Mr Javed (from Billing) visited my house for understanding the issue and when I showed all the proof of payments and communication done with Tikona. In front of Mr Javed I tried to make advance payment (though my billing date is 15th of every month ie 15th Dec 12 for Oct-Dec12) of Rs1499/-, but Tikona selfcare portal was not letting me do the payment. Javed was convinced that being an honest customer I had not defaulted and he spoke to his Boss to resolve the issue. Javed ensured that they will wave off the difference and restore the connection. But unfortunately nothing has moved in this regard.
Hence I request you to clear the issue, correct at your end and provide me confirmation on the plan shift to the above said plan.
