Had done a prepaid recharge of Rs 999.00 of a months validity,on 10th Jan 2013. Its been a week now I have hardly been able to use the services for more than approx. 60 mins. Having called their customer service center, where no soul has a clue of whats going on, they note down the complaint, give out the complaint nos. and inform the customer that they will receive a call in the next 24-48 hrs. So, thats another day or two wasted. Following which some expert calls and informs that some technical work is being undertaken in the area that I accessing thier services (Mumbai-103, and so I woudnt receive any signal until the work is complete, and that dumb guy dosent know, when the work will be completed, so wait for another x number of days to hear from them. I do have certain questions,

1) Dosent their retail outlet - Parshwaa Enterprises Mumbai -68 ( from where I got my prepaid charged), know about their so called technical work in the area, if yes,

2) Why are they not informing the customers?

3) Is MTS a money laundering scheme, cheating customers, under servicing their customers?

4) Please stop treating customers like a piece of $@&!??

In the month of december their online recharge facility used to service till the payment has been taken from the customers account and the recharge never done for the same. Though, the money was refunded back, it was done so only after 8-10 days, and a several calls later.

I request CCRC to look into this complaint and prevent the company from taking any further disadvantage of customers.
