i was used to recharge 99 rs which gave 4 GB data for 42 days from
last 2 years but in the month of December 2012 when my pack was going
to finish i started getting promotional sms and calls for the same
with same benefits, before recharging i re checked the offer on
customer cares IVRS that also said the same that if i recharge with 99
rs i'll get 4 GB data for 42 days but when i recharged on 28 December
2012 i only got 1 GB for 28 days. i called customer care several times
and got answer that they are sorry for the inconvenience our system is
not updated, i also told them if i wouldnt have got sms or calls
promising to give 4 GB data for 42 days in 99 rs i have not done the
recharge customer care executive said i ca'nt get any promotional sms
or calls cause my number is having DND(do not disturb) service but i
still have those sms saved with me so that makes 2 complaints against
tata docomo.
