Dear Representative,

Please treat my email as serious complaint against ICICI loan department.

I have been cheated by ICICI loan department while loan processing. They made serious false commitment. Please find detail below:


1. While taking loan , I was informed that insurance is mandatory component of loan and based on this , I was imposed with insurance premium on top of my loan amount. As a result of that EMI value is more.

2. Secondly, my registry was due in the last week of september 2012, but Loan value of was dispersed on last week of August 2012 by stating that rate of interest what ICICI is offering is applicable only till August 31st, 2012. Otherwise I would be paying more rate of interest.As a result of that my EMI start date is 29th August 2012.

If you notice , both of above points is case of cheating by putting pressure on Customer. On the same note , I would like to make complaint specially on Mr. Deepak (9711808488) , he works in ICICI loan department. You can also reach him on deepak.gautam@icicibank.com,

I want serious action against ICICI representative and reversal of both points which were Imposed on me for ICICI representative self interest.
