Respected sir,
It has been a threat to the people because of this company.They will post their job as .NET developer,Java Developer in job board sites like naukari.com ,on applying they will send mail as being selected and ask to prepare our profile in Odesk.com and will conduct a phone in interview and this is where they will ask to pay rs350 as money order for onlinetest and most probably no one will be selected and if selected they will be asked to come to banglore and their work is to call other people for job interviews just like they have been called and neither they are paid their salary.There had been so many complaints regarding this company,still they are continuing this fraud.I am a victim of this but for gods grace i came to knew its fraud after their phone in interview.Please take necessary actions against this .A lot of people are being victim of this fraud practice.
