Complaint Details
I ordered 2 products from timtara.com on 19 Dec. 2012 but they failed to ship the products within promised time & so i asked them for refund but they told me to send a mail to payal@timtara.com which i did but they did not initiate the refund process. Plz. help me recover my money & take strict action against them.
