i ordered before one year on homeshop18 one nokia mobile handset nokia x2. i pay rs. 4289 through net banking from pnb bank. but i have not received any handset or money back from homeshop18 side. i have many complaints on homeshop18 custmer care on time to time. but every time i received a compalint number but i not recieved till date any handset and my money. so sir please help me
