Dear Sir,

A important document of mine was courier to me by Syndicate Bank, Jayanagar, Bangalore on the 12th of January. This has not been delivered to me to this date. The document was required by me for filing of Income Tax. I would incur addition tax due to not being able to produce the document to my employer on time. I request you to kindly look into this matter.
