Hi,
I hold a american express gold charge card ending with no. 31001. Recently I saw some fraud transactions on my account after which I informed the them and they block my card and stating me that I shall receive the replacement card soon. As per their website its mentioned "Your Gold Card will be replaced instantly usually within 2 business days" its been almost 6 days I have been waiting for the card replacement. When I called them today they informed me they are waiting to for me to received a acknowledged copy of police report. They should have informed me prior itseld that they cant dispatch before the police report and as per their website there is no where mentioned that a customer has to file a police complaint than only a card will be replace. I am dis-satisfied with the service I have received from them and the mis-communication by them as at the time of selling a card they promise and when the time comes they dont deliver. I have attached a screenshot of their website for your referral.

Would request you to investigate and help me with a resolution.
