Dear Sir,

I have purchased airtel 4G LTE Dongle to have 4G services introduced by Airtel in Pune. My location is covered by Airtel for 4G services (as shown in its official website). I have activated its service on 26-Nov-12 and till date I have NEVER GOT 4G speed as claimed by Airtel. I've paid my bills regularly at rate for 4G speeds even if I have not even got half speed of 4G. I was using already 3G service of other provider since long. Only to have 4G speed, I have made HUGE INVESTMENT TO PURCHASE 4G DONGLE/USB MODEM. I have communicated them frequently till date and their technicians came 2-3 times to resolve it but no result was achieved. Latest, I have asked them to refund/reimburse my investment for 4G dongle and discontinue service hence forth. But they denied to give refund.
