Complaint Details
I had cleared the dues and disconnected my MTS internet connection as they denied providing a alternate device though the device was under warranty. Initially they called me up every single day and told me that I owed them 895 even after sending them the receipt by mail multiple times. Now for the past week they accepted that they have received the 895 ans now demands 105 rupees. This has troubled me deeply even when i was hospitalized. I cant take it anymore. Please stop these people from calling me, please. I am going mad. I have written many times to the customer care, nodal officer and apelette authority but no one cares. Someone please stop them. I cant take it anymore.
