My problem of one alarm and the video cameras is still not resolved. I am not interested in the security cameras any more. Please remove the same immediately as promised by Mr. Sachin. Further please provide me with your chairman address and the HO email addresses. Further final bills have also not be given to me. Please treat the matter as urgent.

There is no progress in my case. You promised that you will come on next friday to check the security system.

My grievances are many.
Till 7th Sep 2012, I was satisfied customer of Eureka Forbes. But my perception about the company has changed when I decided for security system from Eureka Forbes.
It is more than a month but the job is still incomplete, whereas it has not taken more than 2 days.
The system was installed in the installments and that too in the spare time of the concerned persons in the late evenings and at there will. There never came on the appointed time and wasted my time as I had to take leave and wait for them.
CCTVs are not functioning properly. There is lot of noise and and lack of clarity.
Delivery of devices and services is not as per the terms on which I was lured by your representatives:
Motion censor installed in the open veranda on the back of my house is not functioning properly. It is giving false alarms. Now I am told the present device is not meant for open space and beam censor is required for which now I have to pay extra money. Very strange. I requested for a alarm system ands.co.in I installed what was suggested by your team at the given price. If your team has installed a different device then how I am concerned. Give me the security which was assured at the settled rates.
I was told there is a guard and VAN facility with the company and they will immediately come if there is a mishap. But now I am told it is not there. This facility is being extended by other companies who are in the field.
I was told that the cameras will be from Eurovigil but the cameras are of different make.
Iwas told it will be possible to view the house through internet. but now I am told it is not possible with the given setup and i have to shed Rs.5-6000 more to have this facility. Why a wrong statement to fetch business
Had I been told all these things in the beginning, I would have taken a decision keeping in view my own pocket. All the facilities promissed were offered by other competitors and the price was well within my pocket. I opted for Eureks forbes.I think i took a wrong decision.
If the company can offer all promissed services at the agreed price than it is OK. Otherwise I would like to surrender the devices and say goodby.
