I have purchased the bike last year in the month of July from one of the dealers located at Srinagar viz. Hanief Motors and it had been only 8 months and a ride of only 7000 kms that i have got a issue with the Tyre of the bike which got bursted in the middle of my ride. Since the purchase there have been instances of tyre puncturing many times.. I have grievance related to the material of the product and only in a short span since my purchase i have got this big problem and have to replace the tyre with a new one which costs me more than 3000 INR.I had raised the complaint with Yamaha Motors and as per their direction they referred my grievance to the respective dealer of the tyre viz MRF Tyres to check whether my tyre comes in warranty policy and to my grievance after 17 days of my first mail MRF tyres got my request declined and told me that tyre does not comply with the warranty policy and i need to purchase a new tyre. In this whole episode i have been completely harassed and when i visited the yamaha dealer regarding my dissent over the rejection, in turn i was behaved very rudely by the representative present there using the abusive language and pointing that we cant help you out now and i need to raise the complaint against MRF tyre now.
