Airtel has the worst customer support service ever! Those ppl are rude and mean and arrogant. For them it's always the customer's fault and never theirs! No wonder airtel is doing so bad.
3G activation services are worst.i tried activating it myself but it won't happen. I tried calling them several times but no one game me the right information. I tried activating 3gby calling 121 which is their customer care no only to accidentally activate 2g which I dint want. So I deactivated it immediately. Now when I called them about the refund they won't talk properly, nor would they give me the right information. They won't take the 2g service back and not refund the amount. And then after the deduction say I Dont have enough balance for 3G! Had been trying to activate 3g for the last 2 days. I had enough balance then.
