I made a complaint on 21st May 2014 whose details are given below is still unattended from last 4 days and nobody is responding to it. I called up Mr RS Ram on his mobile number (+919013132299) but nobody picked the phone. Its very disheartening that an Institution like MTNL is not taking care of their old customers in today's competitive era...Due to Dead Phone we cannot even use the Internet services which is hurting us in monetary terms as welll...
