Complaint Details
I was approached by Profession Seek, a service provider for job seekers. They verbally informed me that HR recruiters from Oracle and Capgemini have shortlisted my CV and want to interview me. They can arrange it if I make an upfront payment of INR 6999 + taxes. I did not believe it, so they also sent an email saying that after 90 days if I am not happy with the services I am provided, I will get a full refund. After 90 days I did not receive a single interview call or anything in spite of my reminders to them. Now they are refusing to refund saying they have tried, and that was their only service assurance, that they will try.
