I along with 2 more candidates enrolled on 5th May'14 for a data entry work from home project after seeing job posted on skillpages with details part time data entry work from home Ebook conversion job.Mr. Sameer Visvas the Hr of t5he company enrolled us and give us the bank details for transaction of reg. fee. We did registered and did online payment of Rs. 6025/- (Rs.2000/- per head plus transaction charges Rs.25/-) in the name of Mr. Bijay Kumar the project manager of Delta Publications. We were given the project and details with terms and conditions. The job was a full time work and required more effort and more than 8 Hrs of work per day. We 3 candidates gave our say of withdrawal from the project as it was mentioned give feedback within 48 hrs of project placement otherwise it won't be entertained. We submitted our feedback within 48 hrs of project placement and asked for our refund of registration fee of Rs. 6025/- Mr. Sameer Visvas initially gave us fake assurances on refund later he started ignoring calls from us after 7th May'14. After 1 week he wrote back to us refund is not possible as it is not in the company's protocols and he would give us relatively easy project. But such protocol was not mentioned anywhere before neither in terms and conditions nor anywhere in the ad or phone even. And now the Hr is not giving any reply via email nor he is receiving our calls. Hence, I am lodging this complaint as it has been 20 days since we expressed our withdrawal and asked for refund but our money is stuck.
