Complaint Details
I had ordered two healthcare products through website on 21 may 14 vide order no. 20140521241080 for Rs 1354/-. Items were shown "in stock". Now till on 27 May 14, the company is not delivering the items by saying items not delivered to them by their vendor. No call also has been received from the company justifying the delay and no definite delivery date is being promised.
Such websites which collect money from customers without ensuring item availability should be penalized for cheating with customers.
