Please refer attached email where we request Vodafone to provide the usage details so that we as a customer understand the exact usage and manage the consumption. There is no such facility is provided by Vodafone as per there explanation and there is large amount of degradation in Quality of service and the service itself for all the calls, data usage and other functions. The person Mr. Karan Chatnale, doesnt know how to speak with a customer and talked rudily as well when one lady from our house has picked the call. This is realy not tolerable.
