Hello Sir,

I have ordered Woodland Shoes from Whaaky.com on 8th March, 2014. After a huge delay of about 2months, i got the same shipped by 30th of April 2014 and recieved the same within one week.

But I was cheated as I received no "Woodland Shoes" but some local shoes with name "Woods". When i have intimated the company, they have asked the screenshots for the product received. I have sent the same and i got the reply from them pasted as below:

As mentioned earlier We would like to inform you that we follow and inventory led model where products come to us in bulk. We can’t guarantee that you would receive the same product as that of the image. There might be slight deviations in the product design and colour. But we ensure that the quality of the product is maintained. As updated in the description the same product has been delivered to you. There are slight possibilities of products to look little different in pictures because of the lights used during photo shoot. Hence complaint cannot be registered for replacement or refund.

As they says, images are for representation purposes only... They are showing BMW pictures and selling a maruti 800 ? atleast its a car so can they represent it with image of a car. What kind of business is this ? Atleast it can be tolerated if its any model of "Woodland", the brand itself. But its not original brand that they have sent after a long time after prepaid order and they have clearly mentioned "ORIGINAL" in product description.

One more thing is their pathetic service. Their phone number is never answered by a human and always go to voice mail box. They never call back too. They also reply for some emails only and that too very late. I have lost a lot of talktime too caliing them.

This is a pure case of cheating. I am not the only person cheated around a found a lot of complaints against Whaaky online... Let me paste some links:

Kindly get my complaint resolved asap. I need original woodland shoes as per the image or full refund covering my costs involved during the process.
