RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

I HAVE PURCHASED MY XOLO Q2000 AND FROM FIRST DAY IT HAS GOT PROBLEM I didn’t noticed on the same day, THAT SOME ADDITIONAL SOUND COMING OUT WHEN I VIDEO SHOOT AND PLAY ON IT. I SUBMITTED MY CELL PHONE ON 12TH MAY 2014 WITH there SERVICE CENTER AT THANE MAHARASHTRA, India WORK ORDER NO. IS 310000424567. Their SERVICE CENTERS ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY. THEY ARE NOT bothered to PICKING UP OUR ENQUIRY calls on phones they are disconnecting it. I HAVE GIVEN MY CELL PHONE ON 12TH MAY 2014 16 days has been passed. No reply from your end. I called up on your helpline no. 5 times. But no one have solved. The issue. I requested them for the handset replacement several time. At last have lost my handset by submitting at there service center. I want replacement of my handset. I am fed up with these people. My handset IMEI No. is Xolo handset bearing 911337800235388 please help me=
