Complaint Details
When i submit my elife e6 to service center they said it hardly takes 1 week to be fix, now after one week when i call there for knowing the current status they said one more week, might be after one week they again says one more week, due to the delay i already suffer lots of problem and it reflects my work, i asked them to kindly provide me another smartphone for the time being but they said no. They are even not responding to my calls and mails. As i am a security engineer I need to be available 24/7 online, but without having my smartphone i am not able to do so, this totally reflect my working performance and i am suffering alot.
