we had received service from Hira Cooling centre two years back which was quite satisfactory but this time its completely different from past......our refrigerator stop cooling since 1st may and till date they visit at least 8 times to our place but good for nothing......some one can easily felt how difficult it is to maintain food particles in such a hot and humid condition without cooling and they just keep on providing dates and numbers of different different service provider......i am very disappointed with such doing and wanted to lodge complain against them in consumer forum.....they charge us Rs.4,500/- for nothing......they provide us 1 yr warranty whereas it is not lasted even for 1 hr........
