Complaint Details
I had sent a consignment through trackon couriers on 3rd April but the same was not delivered for weeks and when i contacted Trackon, they promised a callback within 24 hours which anyhow didnt happen, so after over a week I called them again and they again sought a time of 24 hours, and after 24 hours sent me an apology email informing that they have lost the consignment, and for claim they asked me for a copy of invoice which i sent the next day but since then it has been over 3 weeks and they have failed to reimburse the amount. After trying for long I finally was able to connect to their cust care and the executive i had a word with started to make ridiculous demands that I need to visit booking office and that they wont be able to pay the dues, and when i insisted that she should reply in email with what she was saying verbally she simply hung the phone on my face. Loss of cosignments by courier companies breaches the trust we as customers invest in them, in addition if they simply choose to ignore the clients and on top of that display of such arrogant attitude sends a wrong message. It is hence requested to bring the company to task so that they cant dupe the people. I have got full transcripts of email conversation with the company officials. Regards
